Drew is very responsive to all communication. My initial contact was on their website when I set up an appointment for him to come to my house and do an estimate. Within a couple of hours, I received an e-mail regarding setting up an appointment. Drew came for the appointment on time and was extremely helpful. After doing some research, I called him regarding getting cellular blinds on my doors. He came out a second time to help me go this route. It only took a week to get the blinds delivered. The installer came on time, was very courteous and cleaned up everything from the installation. I am very pleased with the blinds and the customer service I received from Drew and his associates.
